23 Sep 59 - To 95th FIS Andrews AFB MD 01 Jul 63 - To 95th FIS Dover AFB DE 08 Jan 70 - Crashed in Korea in the sea 40 miles off the west coast of Kunsan, Korea. Pilot Capt Francis W. Dahl killed. History books list the crash date as 8 Jan 1970, which is correct for United States time, but it was actually 9 Jan in Korea due to Korea being over the International Date Line (IDL) and 1 day ahead of the US. So the actual date of this crash was 9 Jan 1970.
