Great to know that 043 is still around even though she's painted as 005. I worked Autopilot on her at Loring AFB from Dec. 66 - May 69 and remember her with the yellow and black checkerboard tail. Did you know that if the struts are serviced that you can position yourself under the nose and by pushing up with your back can get a F-106 to bouncing on it's nose gear. Don't ask how I know that - names have been changed to protect the innocent!
